She is naive. She doesn't really understand her situation, and sometimes that annoys me in the series, and I think that's part of the reason why she appears to be so stupid.

Ive only ever read the Manga too, but Misa is my fave charrie.
her style is awesome, and i think its good she has a one-track mind. at least she knows exactly the path she travelling on, the light path! ^.^

and i think every Manga needs at least one slightly crazy and naive charrie.
