| I guess but that was before you said Raito-kun. Kun is used respectful for younger people and since Light is younger than L he should be younger than Misa. | |

| yah but it's also used to address someone younger than you especially for younger boys, Chan is used mostly for girls, Ex. Mugi-Chan. And San is used in like Mr. or Mrs., other forms of respect are sama, Senpai, Onee (sister), kohai, Oni (brother) etc. | |
